Last week I stumbled upon an article about paper mache crafts using paper pulp.
Instead of gluing messy strips as you would paper mache crafts, you boil torn up pieces of newspaper until it resembles applesauce.
Then add some glue and the fun begins!
My first couple of pieces are a little more lumpy than i would have liked but the end result wasn't too bad. I'm going to be brave and list my rabbit on my Etsy store.
I also had an idea of what to do with some of my vintage shiny brite ornaments. I painted them red, turned them upsdie down, hotglued a toothpick inside of them and just like that they are perfect tiny mushrooms ready for a terrarium. Funny how random that idea was. =)

Tuesday I had the chance to wander thru a HUGE vintage store in my area...with four children this was truly a luxury. I spent two hours in the store and only made it down three rows.
